returns policy
We offer a 14 days returns policy on all orders (terms and conditions apply). if you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us on 0845 026 5595 within 14 days of delivery and we will make arrangements to collect the item from your home. Please ensure all packaging is complete and the items are suitably packed for transit. Failure to do so will result in items not being collected and a delayed refund.
To cancel your order, contact us on 0845 0265995. If your order has already been despatched but not yet received or you refuse to accept delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Kettler Direct (excludes when items arrive damaged).
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method (this excludes any installation charges).
