Kettler Delivery Information
All prices quoted on www.kettlerdirect.co.uk INCLUDE delivery to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (exclusions apply). All standard deliveries are Monday to Friday (7am-6.30pm exclusions apply).

In addition, some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge regardless of product (£30.00 / £40.00) and have extended delivery times:

You will be advised during the order process of any delivery surcharges that may be applicable to your order before payment is taken.
Our policy is to despatch goods in line with customer's requirements. All products give an idea of number of working days delivery timescales (however this may vary according to cut off times). Some products may have notes within the description with an earliest delivery date but will show 1 in stock allowing orders to be placed to reserve stock in advance. You will be asked for your preferred delivery date where applicable, however this is not a confirmed date. Please bear this in mind when placing your order and deliver to work addresses or where someone will be at home to accept delivery where possible. We will do our very best to meet the requested delivery date. We do not deliver on bank holidays. We use carriers to deliver our products and therefore cannot guarantee special instructions such as avoiding school run times. To secure the price, all deliveries must be within 30 days of order. Kettler Direct will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date. Please provide a contact telephone number in case of any queries. The majority of Kettler products are delivered by Nightfreight on a one man overnight delivery service. It is also possible, for a small surcharge, to opt for a Monday - Friday guaranteed morning (£10.00) or Saturday morning delivery (£30.00) on certain products. You will be given this option, where appropriate, as you process your order. Smaller items such as go-karts are despatched on a DHL 48 hour delivery service.
Large items including multigyms, cross trainers and treadmills are delivered on a 2 man delivery service (any items which have a delivery timescale of 7-10 days). Once you have placed you order, you will be contacted within 48 hours to make arrangements for delivery. This service is available Monday to Friday. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days. You will be contacted again 24 hours prior to delivery to advise whether it is an AM or PM delivery.
All deliveries will require a signature for delivery. We will not leave a product without this. If there is nobody at home when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a card to call and make arrangements for re-delivery and a charge may apply. If you do leave a note advising where the goods can be left (with a neighbour etc), this is completely at your own risk and if the goods arrived damaged you will not be able to claim as faulty.
Installation is available on certain products and in certain areas of the country for a charge. Please call our sales department on 0845 026 5995 for further details.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles delivering on our behalf, we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicles (e.g. non-ground floor access, overhanging trees, narrow lanes, tight bends). Kettler Direct will not accept any claims for compensation arising for non/failed/refused delivery of any item when we have not been made aware of restrictions regarding access. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer may be liable for re-delivery charges.
If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells etc and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage costs incurred by Kettler Direct. Kettler Direct do everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. When your delivery arrives, you must count the number of pieces you receive and look for any damage to the packaging. If the number of boxes does not match the delivery paperwork, you must note the number of pieces received by your signature. Damage to packaging must also be noted on the delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order & that the packaging is in good condition. If, however, there are any problems with your delivery they should be reported within 48 hours. Neither Kettler Direct or the carriers can be held responsible for short deliveries or damaged packaging if you do not note them on the delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: the delivery service offered is a kerbside delivery service only for health and safety reasons. Products will not be taken into the customers home.
Our returns policy varies by product. Please read this information carefully. We will refund the monies to the original payment method once the item has been collected and inspected.
Fitness Equipment (exercise bikes, crosstrainers, treadmills): 14 days returns policy on all orders (terms apply). If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Contact Us on 0845 026 5595 within 14 days of delivery and we will provide you with an authorisation number to quite on all correspondance. You will need to send the item back at your own expense using an insured carrier service. The item must be used/unbuilt and returned in the condition it was delivered to you. Please ensure all packaging is complete and the items is suitably packed for transit. Failure to do so will result in items not being given a 100% refund or a delayed refund.
Road Bicycles: 28 days return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Contact Us on 0845 026 5595 within 28 days of delivery and we will make arrangements to collect the item from your home. Please ensure all packaging is complete and the items is suitably packed for transit. The product must be in a resaleable condition. Failure to keep orignal packaging will delay collection and a £50 charge will be applied.
Wheeled Toys & Garden play: 10 days return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Contact Us on 0845 026 5595 within 10 days of delivery and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number. You must then return the item to us at your own cost using a registered delivery service stating the authorisation number on all paperwork. Please ensure all packaging is complete and the items is suitably packed for transit. The item must be unused, unbuilt and packed in original pacakaging as it was delivered to you. Failure to do so will result in rejected refund or less than 100% of refund given.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method (this excludes any installation charges and delivery surcharges).
What is the main benefit of purchasing Kettler equipment? All of our products are German engineered with many manufactured in Germany therefore they are stronger and heavier with smoother and comfortable action than many other products on the market.
Are Kettler products delivered fully assembled? All of the Kettler products require assembly. If you require further details about assembly, please Contact Us on 0845 026 5995.
What does the warranty cover? Most pieces of Kettler fitness equipment carry a 3 year warranty (fitness - 3 years parts and labour, fitness accessories - 12 months, wheeled toys/garden play - 3 years parts only, bicycles - frame 5 years and other parts (parts only) 12 months) against any manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear items, abuse or mis-use. However, terms and conditions apply. If any Kettler item is used in any other environment such as semi-commercial or commercial, a 12 month warranty will apply and all other conditions still apply. They are for home usage only and need to be maintained regularly. Our fitness equipment should be kept in a suitable environment avoiding damp conditions (e.g garages and outbuildings where the temperature is not constant and condensation may occur).
Do I have to maintain the equipment? Regular maintenance is required on all equipment which has moving parts. Please call us for advice.
