If your query is regarding aftersales, please e-mail aftersales@kettler.co.uk or call 01527 591901 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm). Please ensure you have the model name and product code when making contact with us so our highly trained aftersales staff can deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible. Failure to provide such information may delay the process of your aftersales order. We aim to despatch spare parts within 7 working days but where parts are out of stock or specialist parts and need to be shipped from Germany may take longer. Please note, this service is available for UK customers only.
The bicycles are available to view at our offices in Redditch, Monday-Friday 10-12 and 2-4pm - please call us to make an appointment to ensure we have staff to assist you and we have the model on display.
